Obviously, if you are in a position to wait things out for a higher sum, we can discuss that too, but we will always give you our honest opinion on your property’s current market value.
Many agents will say your home needs to be seen by as many people as possible, we say your home needs to be seen by as many of the ‘right’ people as possible. We don’t throw mud at walls. Buyers register their details and criteria directly to our database. If your property matches their requirements, you can be confident there is genuine interest as the buyer has set up the search area, budget, style, and size of accommodation. It is called a Heads-Up Property Search; these buyers want to secure their next home and will receive a notification about your property before it is launched online.
We’re prominent on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), where we can advertise to the correct demographics. Our office is in a prime location opposite the train station; our shop window becomes yours. Talking of shop windows, our digital shop window is impressive too; Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.
